Drawing further motivation from her daughter’s experience with seborrheic dermatitis, she developed non-toxic, natural formulations designed to nourish and protect textured hair. This passion evolved into the establishment of Nylah’s Naturals, a brand founded on science, heritage, and inclusivity. Beyond these accolades, she made history by raising the largest capital investment by a Black woman in Birmingham of £540,000 and grew her company to a multi-million-pound valuation.
