Dr Pearl Jarrett

Dr. Pearl Jarrett is an award-winning disruptive changemaker, best known for working as the CEO for both The Jarrett Foundation and Veranda Connect Ltd. Determined to implement positive change throughout society, her work is helping minority groups to enter the corporate industry, and gain success as entrepreneurs. Esteemed for mentoring young people with entrepreneurial and innovative ideas as ‘Aunty Pearl’, her professionalism and industry experience are admired by audiences globally. With experience working alongside the government on issues such as knife crime and representation for the Black community, Pearl has become a must-see diversity and inclusion speaker for audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

An inspirational female figure, Pearl has developed a remarkable career as the CEO of The Jarrett Foundation. Having started the business in 1996, she has devoted her career to helping vulnerable youth rehabilitate and develop the skills and confidence to enter the workplace. Alongside her work in the UK, Pearl has also worked with the Government of Jamaica to help them find solutions to their school furniture challenges. Having partnered with New Scotland Yard, TESCO, and Beats by Dr. Dre over recent years, her work is admired by audiences within a wide range of industries.
