Naomi Sesay has dedicated her career to supporting diversity and inclusion throughout the workplace. With over 20 years of experience in television and media, she has gained vast experience in many different roles and understands that a change needs to be made. When booked as a speaker, Naomi aims to educate her audience about the importance of gaining a diverse workforce and the benefit it can have on a company’s performance.
After graduating from Brunel University, Naomi began working as a Presenter and Producer for MTV. Showcasing her talent allowed her to become a freelance Producer for several Channel 4 shows. In 2008, she created the Billionaire Ladies Club which has allowed her to help female entrepreneurs achieve their aspirations. Gaining a passion for supporting diversity, Naomi has worked for companies such as Media Trust as their Head of Innovation & Diversity and Channel 4 as their Head of Creative Diversity to ensure that the media industry is promoting inclusion throughout their content.
Respected for her admirable career, Naomi received the IDOX award for journalism due to the work she has completed within the local community. She has been able to create vibrant places for them to live, work and play through the charitable work she has completed. Talented in many different fields, Naomi also released the popular book ‘The Human Upgrade’ which aims to help readers be in control of their lives and help guide them into a productive, effective lifestyle.
Naomi Sesay has become a powerful advocate for diversity and inclusion. She aims to spread awareness about cultural intelligence and how businesses within many different industries would benefit from having an inclusive work environment.
