Jenny Garrett OBE

Jenny Garrett is an author, professional coach and keynote speaker who has worked with someone of the biggest brands in the professional world such as Ernst & Young, American Express and the NHS. Her company Reflexion Associates is ILM accredited and alongside her team Jenny delivers talks and coaching programmes for leaders and executives. Jenny particularly focuses on people from Black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds in or making steps into senior leadership positions in their professional careers. She is a diversity and inclusion expert who speaks on gender and racial equality. Jenny has delivered 2 TEDx talks that showcase her ability as a speaker and her experience as a professional. She has spoken at companies such as Mastercard, the NHS, and Societe Generale.

Jenny was awarded an OBE in 2021 for her services to women in business and entrepreneurship. She has spent over 20 years working and supporting women and members of Black and Asian ethnic groups. She is a fellow at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce. In 2014 Jenny started Rocking ‘Ur Teens CIC’ which for several years has been supporting over 1000 young people in STEM, entrepreneurship and the Arts intending to equip young people with the skills they need to become future leaders. As a professional coach Jenny has logged over 4000 hours with leaders. Delivering authentic inclusion programmes to companies such as Accenture, Shell and Mastercard.

Jenny Garrett’s media appearances include national television channels such as Sky News, Glamour Magazine and Huffington Post and LBC Radio. She regularly invited by talk shows and features in news programmes where gender and racial equality is discussed. When booked as a speaker her talks and keynotes centre on a few tight topics; Advancing Women’s Careers, Wellbeing at Work and Inclusive Leadership. Jenny has several years experience which fuels her talks, she is passionate and extremely well learned she has supported companies and individuals reaching their goals.
