Haddy Ndure is a journalist and presenter who has dedicated her career to championing the achievements of the African Continent. The British-Gambian professional has fronted various programmes that highlight the success of individuals and countries within Africa and she has earned an international platform thanks to the insightful and engaging nature of her work. Best known for her commitment to African heritage, Haddy has put African achievements at the forefront of the British media as the host of Stories From the Continent. The series is based online and attracts more than 30,000 viewers as she interviews high profile individuals with links to Africa. From vice-presidents to entrepreneurs, Haddy has interviewed a wide array of individuals who optimise the diverse talent coming from the continent. Additionally, Haddy is the Co-Founder of the Audacity Education Programme which partners aspiring young Africans with universities and educational facilities to improve their experience through internships.

A highly successful media figure, Haddy’s career began shortly after she completed her BA in Journalism. Following a variety of impressive internships with the BBC including periods with the BBC World Service and local outlets, Haddy joined ITV News as a journalist in 2017. From Jeremy Corbyn to Sadiq Khan her interviews with some of the biggest names in politics saw her gain authority in the industry. Currently, Haddy is the Academic Marketing Executive for Cambridge University Press, working on the Europe, Middle East and Africa segment.

A sought after speaker and moderator, Haddy has previously given talks for UNECA conferences, Africa Business Chamber’s Young Entrepreneurs Forum and the United Nations.
