Her ability to navigate complex, high-pressure environments saw her rise to Deputy Communications Secretary and ultimately Director of Community Engagement. In this role, Eva led Buckingham Palace’s community engagement strategy, contributing to globally significant moments including Royal weddings and the funeral of Nelson Mandela, while also pioneering initiatives such as the Palace’s first Lunar New Year celebration and the Coronation Food Project.

Alongside her core responsibilities, Eva has held a number of influential advisory and leadership roles. She is the founder of Forster Jones & Associates, a strategic communications consultancy, and has served as a Senior Strategic Advisor for the Commonwealth with The King’s Trust. Her current portfolio includes positions as Advisor to the Board at Untold Studios, National Commissioner for The Independent Commission on Community and Cohesion, and Advisor to The King’s Trust Global Ambassadors Group, where she established the Global Gala and Africa Group. Her impact has been formally recognised with the Woman of Impact in Africa Award from ARISE News, further cementing her authority in global inclusion and community engagement.
