Buki began his career in media and advertising before moving into consultancy in the City of London, where he spent over two decades advising organisations on communication, performance and leadership. He is the Founder of DiverseCity Think Tank, a consultancy dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion, and the Founder of RosAcad, a global sales and performance consultancy. Across his career, Buki has coached tens of thousands of professionals, including senior executives and leadership teams, gaining first-hand insight into how workplace bias impacts progression, engagement and organisational success.

Driven by both professional experience and personal insight, Buki developed the IDU? Methodology, a pioneering framework designed to help individuals and organisations navigate unconscious bias in real time.
