As CEO and Founder of The Business Storytelling Centre, she has built a reputation for teaching leaders how to communicate with authenticity, purpose and impact. Her work focuses on elevating diverse voices and empowering people to transform personal experiences into leadership strengths. Beatrice’s academic journey reflects her longstanding commitment to understanding society, culture and communication. She earned a BA in Literature, Music and Performing Arts from Sapienza Università di Roma before completing a Master of Arts in International Journalism at Cardiff University. She later strengthened her research expertise with an MSc in Social Research Method from the University of Sussex and completed the prestigious Public Narrative: Leadership, Storytelling, and Action programme at Harvard University. She also co-founded Balobeshayi, an organisation dedicated to social impact and intercultural understanding. Since becoming a Business Storytelling Coach and Trainer, she has worked with leaders and organisations to develop more inclusive and effective communication.
