His work focuses on transforming how businesses understand neurodiversity, disability and intersectionality, positioning him as a highly respected voice within the diversity, equity and inclusion space. Through his speaking engagements, Atif challenges traditional approaches to inclusion and equips organisations with the insight and tools needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

Atif began his career in sales before moving into the field of assistive technology, where he developed a deep understanding of accessibility and workplace inclusion. He later became a Senior Assistive Technology Trainer at the University of Westminster, supporting students and professionals in using technology to overcome barriers to education and employment. During this time, Atif also co-founded Zaytoun, the world’s first Fair Trade Palestinian Olive Oil Cooperative, where he currently serves as Campaigns Director. This early work demonstrated his commitment to ethical trade, social justice and empowering marginalised communities. In 2011, Atif co-founded Calling All Minds, an organisation dedicated to making inclusion scalable, ethical and proactively human, using technology and innovative thinking to remove barriers for neurodiverse and disabled individuals.

Throughout his career, Atif has played an influential role across a number of leading organisations focused on accessibility and disability rights. He serves as an adviser to the World Health Organisation Rapid Assistive Technologies Board and is a trustee of Disability Rights UK, one of the country’s largest disability charities. In recognition of his leadership within the inclusion space, he has also been appointed as a judge for the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 and served on the advisory board for Neurodiversity in Business. Through his work with Calling All Minds, Atif has supported more than 100,000 individuals and over 200 organisations in building more inclusive systems. He has also delivered keynote sessions at major industry events, including the Health and Wellbeing at Work conference in Birmingham.

Atif is hired as a diversity, equity and inclusion speaker because of his ability to combine lived experience with practical organisational insight. His talks explore how businesses can move beyond accommodation towards designing systems that expect different minds and perspectives from the outset. Drawing on his work with global organisations, public sector institutions and community initiatives, Atif provides audiences with actionable frameworks for creating inclusive cultures.
