Abbie Eaton is a British racing driver, team co-founder and television personality with more than 20 years of experience in motorsport. Known for consistently breaking new ground in elite racing categories, Abbie has built a reputation for precision, resilience and competitive excellence. From national championships to international GT endurance racing, she has repeatedly proven her ability to perform at the highest level. Today, she is hired as a speaker for her insight into high performance, mental strength and succeeding in environments where few women have gone before.

Her journey began when she was gifted her first go-kart at the age of ten, quickly progressing through competitive karting across the UK. By 15, she had transitioned into car racing and entered the Production Touring Car Trophy, where she won her first championship with an extraordinary 15 victories from 18 races. Financial constraints later forced her to pause full-time competition, demonstrating early resilience. With support from her father, who built a Mazda MX-5 for her to race, she competed intermittently before securing sponsorship to fund a full 2014 season, becoming Mazda MX-5 Champion as the only female on a 37-car grid.

Momentum continued to build as she secured multiple podiums in 2015 and finished British GT4 Pro/Am Vice Champion in 2016. In 2017, she joined the Blancpain GT Endurance Series, one of the most demanding GT3 championships in the world, becoming its first female race winner. That same year, she joined ‘The Grand Tour’ as a test driver, working alongside Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond, and later appeared in Richard Hammond’s workshop series. She competed in W Series, became a development driver for Fisker Inc, raced in Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe, and in 2022 co-founded Rebelleo Motorsport. In 2024, she made history as the first female driver to secure pole position in Porsche Carrera Cup GB at Silverstone and convert it into a race win, later being featured by Porsche Newsroom in 2025.

Abbie is hired as a speaker because she offers lived insight into perseverance, elite performance and breaking systemic barriers. Her experiences navigating sponsorship challenges, male-dominated grids and international competition resonate strongly with corporate audiences. She translates the discipline of motorsport into practical lessons on mindset, teamwork, leadership under pressure and sustained competitive edge.
