Tanya began her professional journey in education and the performing arts, where she worked as a teacher, dancer, and creative practitioner. These roles shaped her understanding of communication, identity, and the importance of inclusive learning spaces. She later founded Lifted and Gifted, where she served as Owner and Director, delivering innovative workshops designed to support children of all abilities, including those with ADHD, dyslexia, and autism. This experience laid the foundation for her long-term commitment to accessibility and inclusion across both education and corporate settings.

Building on this work, Tanya went on to establish Communication Doctor, where she is the Founder and Diversity and Inclusion Consultant. Through this platform, she delivers executive coaching, unconscious bias training, and workplace wellbeing programmes to senior leaders and organisations. Her work focuses on improving communication, addressing bias in decision-making, and fostering inclusive leadership. She is also the creator of the ‘Real Stories’ podcast, amplifying diverse perspectives and lived experiences.

As a keynote speaker, Tanya delivers engaging and thought-provoking sessions on topics such as allyship, anti-racism, intersectionality, and inclusive culture. Her approach is grounded in real-world application, combining behavioural science with practical tools that organisations can implement immediately. Tanya creates open, safe spaces where individuals can explore sensitive topics with honesty and clarity.
