A leading expert in diversity and inclusion, Stephen Frost runs his own consultancy ‘Included’ that helps business leaders embed inclusivity into their leadership. He has also worked for organisations such as the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games to help build inclusive and diverse workplaces. As a speaker, he draws on his many years of experience in this area to give a thought-provoking discussion on the importance of diversity and inclusion.
Stephen started his career in Diversity and Inclusion as Director of Workplace Programmes at Stonewall. He experienced great success in this role, developing the UK’s first LGBT-specific recruitment guide, launching new projects such as the Workplace Equality Index and growing the number of companies involved with Stonewall from 65 to over 300. He later moved to work as the Chief of Staff to the CEO of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, with later roles as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Successfully embedding inclusion and diversity into the organisation, Stephen became the first in the UK to receive the Gold Standard Diversity Works Award. Such passion to create change has seen him become the recipient of the Peter Robertson Award for Equality and Diversity Champions, named as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and recognised as a Change Agent by Management Today.
Stephen’s passion and desire to see diversity and inclusivity become the norm in the workplace saw him launch ‘Included’, a consultancy aimed at educating boardrooms to help bring about measurable changes, building inclusive organisations. Since Included has existed, Stephen has provided his knowledge to the Royal Air Force, Microsoft and G4S as well as many more of the world’s most recognisable brands. Other important roles include working as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion and the Strategy Lead on Inclusive Leadership for KPMG and as a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University. Stephen has also turned his hand to writing, having authored the three books and claimed the title of 2020 Business Books Award Finalist.
Stephen is also available to hire as a speaker, helping businesses understand Diversity and Inclusion, making it an educational discussion that is specific to each audience and the organisation’s needs. An engaging and interesting speaker, Stephen is the perfect choice for any company or event that wants to take a positive step in becoming more diverse and inclusive.

Stephen walks the talk, he knows how to deeply engage everyone in the room — from reception to the c-suite, bringing together a unique combination of emotion, storytelling and commercial rigour. Stephen asks deep and thoughtful questions, ensuring you get to an outcome everyone can buy into. I loved our collaboration, and look forward to more in the future!”
