Shezad Nawab

Outstanding entrepreneur Shezad Nawab is the Founder of ICE Ventures a business firm specialising in helping entrepreneurs navigate the intricacies of the dynamic business environment. Born very hard of hearing, Shezad has overcome several adversities to become a highly successful businessman with an impressive portfolio. He can sign in six different languages and is on a mission to develop the next generation of deaf entrepreneurs, offering them support in every aspect of business to help them establish their very own enterprises. Despite many challenges, Shezad attended Birmingham City University to earn two degrees in Marketing and Business. Since graduating he has founded several businesses beginning with Deaf Business Services Limited. He then Co-founded Fabsolutions, Founded Global Synergy Group and World Property Luxury to name a few. Shezad is also an accomplished Business Management Consultant who has played an instrumental role in helping people from all walks of life start and scale their businesses. Furthermore, he is a highly successful Interim Executive Director, who excels in the areas of strategic planning, business cycle and effective management to generate steadiness and growth, helping businesses thrive in global markets.

Having spent over a decade, empowering, counselling, and supporting deaf people, Shezad was appointed MBE for services to business and diversity in 2017. He has also won several awards including Ummul Mu’minin Khadijah Award for Excellence in Enterprise and the Alumni of the Year in the field of Enterprise. In 2014 he was listed in the top 10 Most Influential Disabled People in Business.
