Starting her professional career in 1993 fulfilling a variety of training, recruitment and HR roles, Sharon gained 5 years of experience before securing the role of Human Resources Manager at Reed Elsevier. Advancing up the ranks, she worked in numerous areas of the business before becoming their Group Head of Talent Management and Diversity. In 2008, Sharon spent a year working as a self-employed career coach, consultant, and facilitator whilst completing her MSc studies. An admired professional returned to Reed Elsevier as their Business Psychologist and Lead before transferring to SABMiller as their Talent Management Executive.

Taking the entrepreneurial leap in 2017, Sharon became the proud Founder and CEO of Shape Talent Ltd. Leading a remarkable team of diversity and inclusion specialists, she aims to advise organisations on how to improve inclusion and gender equality throughout the workplace. Treasured for her incredible work ethic, Sharon is also the UN Women UK Commission Delegate on the Status of Women, a role which allows her to share her up-and-coming ideas with other professionals in the industry.
