Lenora Billings-Harris is an internationally recognised Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Bias (DEI&B) strategist and keynote speaker with a mission to transform workplace cultures and help organisations harness diversity as a competitive advantage. With over 25 years of experience, she has advised global corporations, government agencies, and educational institutions, guiding them towards more inclusive and equitable environments. Her expertise has earned her recognition among the top 100 thought leaders on Diversity by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and she continues to be a highly sought-after speaker, consultant, and author.

Before establishing her firm, UbuntuGlobal, Lenora held leadership positions within two Fortune 100 corporations and served on the business school faculties of multiple universities. She has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious organisations, including NASA, Disney, PayPal, Mercedes-Benz, and Ritz-Carlton Hotels, helping them implement sustainable diversity and inclusion strategies. With a presence in 45 countries and on six continents, her global perspective and research-based insights allow her to address DEI challenges across industries and cultures.

Lenora has authored The Diversity Advantage: A Guide to Making Diversity Work and co-authored Trailblazers: How Top Business Leaders are Accelerating Results through Inclusion and Diversity. Her award-winning research on unconscious bias and inclusive leadership has been featured in international academic journals and publications. In addition to her consulting and writing, she has played a pivotal role in professional speaking organisations, serving as president of both the Global Speakers Federation and the National Speakers Association (NSA).

In 2018, Lenora made history as the first African American woman inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame, one of the highest honours in professional speaking. She was also the recipient of the NSA’s Cavett Award in 2016, recognising her outstanding contributions to the industry.
