Prior to her inspirational career, Elizabeth began her professional journey by working as a Recruitment Consultant for Crone Corkill in 1998. Shortly after recognising her keen interest in HR, she secured the role of HR Advisor at Spherion Professional Services, a position which kickstarted her career-driven mentality. Advancing upon her career, she has gained experience working for high-profile organisations such as LVMH, Planet Organic, and Harvey Nichols. In 2016, Elizabeth was selected to become Tapestry’s VP of HR Europe, Global Head of Wellbeing, and a Member of their Global DEI Committee.
