Annisha Taylor is one of the UK’s most influential culture and organisational transformation leaders, renowned for helping organisations build high-performing, inclusive workplaces where people and performance thrive together. With more than 15 years of experience shaping culture across Ofcom, the BBC and the John Lewis Partnership, she has become a leading voice on leadership, organisational change and equality. Annisha’s career began at the John Lewis Partnership, where she progressed through a series of operational, organisational design and culture leadership roles, developing expertise in transforming businesses from the inside out. She later contributed to the success of the London 2012 Olympic Games before joining the BBC, where she led major diversity, inclusion and belonging strategies across one of the UK’s most recognisable public organisations. Building on that success, she joined Ofcom to lead equality, diversity and inclusion at group level, helping align leadership, governance, behaviour and organisational strategy. Alongside this work, she advises senior executives, designs leadership development programmes, builds culture ambassador networks and increasingly guides organisations on the responsible adoption of equitable AI, ensuring innovation strengthens rather than compromises organisational values.

Alongside her executive career, Annisha has established a strong reputation as a respected thought leader and keynote speaker. She has delivered presentations at prestigious events including BAFTA, Cannes Lions, Advertising Week Europe and the Institute of Public Policy, reaching audiences across the corporate, creative, media and education sectors. Her influence extends through her role as an Honorary Equity Fellow at the Institute for Equity and as a Board Careers Trustee at The BRIT School.
