Dustin Giannelli is a disability advocate, entrepreneur and sought after diversity and inclusion speaker, best known as the CEO and Founder of HearsDustin. Having lived with profound hearing loss since the age of five, Dustin has transformed his personal experiences into a powerful platform for driving accessibility, communication and inclusive workplace cultures. Wearing hearing aids for most of his life has given him a unique perspective on the barriers many people face, allowing him to connect authentically with audiences around the world. Through HearsDustin, he has built a trusted consultancy that partners with leading global organisations to help employees and leaders create environments where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.

Dustin’s journey has been defined by resilience, determination and a commitment to self advocacy. Growing up in environments that were not always designed with accessibility in mind taught him the importance of adaptability, confidence and effective communication. While studying Marketing at the University of New Hampshire, he became actively involved in Deaf Studies programmes, discovering a passion for public speaking and education. His entrepreneurial mindset was recognised through success at the Holloway Innovation to Market Competition, reinforcing his ambition to create meaningful change through business. Before launching HearsDustin, Dustin built extensive commercial and leadership experience through senior roles, including Enterprise Account Executive at 3Play Media, where he championed accessibility across the media and higher education sectors, Business Development Manager at Inscape, promoting Universal Design and inclusive workspaces, and Director of Architectural Design Representation at IdeaPaint, where he led national teams and strategic partnerships.

In 2023, Dustin founded HearsDustin, establishing a Disability Owned Business Enterprise dedicated to advancing accessibility and inclusion through keynote speaking, consultancy and workshops. Since then, he has delivered presentations, panel discussions and training sessions for globally recognised organisations including Sony, NBCUniversal, Converse, Peloton, Ralph Lauren, Princeton University and the University of Michigan. Beyond his commercial work, he has served as Master of Ceremonies for Walk4Hearing New England, supporting advocacy for people living with hearing loss while strengthening awareness of disability inclusion across wider communities.

As a diversity and inclusion speaker, Dustin stands out because he combines lived experience with practical expertise. Rather than speaking about inclusion as a theoretical concept, he demonstrates how accessible communication, inclusive leadership and thoughtful workplace design directly improve trust, engagement and performance. His presentations blend compelling personal stories with actionable strategies, creating open and engaging conversations that inspire lasting behavioural change. Covering subjects such as disability inclusion, accessibility, mental health, leadership and workplace culture, Dustin equips organisations with the confidence and knowledge to build environments where everyone can contribute, belong and thrive.
