Bukky began her professional journey in Nigeria, qualifying and working as a lawyer after completing her law degree. She later transitioned into human resources and organisational development, driven by a passion for improving workplace experiences and outcomes. To deepen her expertise, Bukky pursued a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at Harvard University, equipping her with the scientific and analytical tools to address complex people challenges. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, reinforcing her credibility as a people and culture expert.
