Sara-Louise Ackrill is a Neurodivergent Entrepreneur and Workplace Consultant; Therapist, Coach and Author. She was a finalist at the Neurodiverse Business Awards ‘Innovator of the Year 2026’ award.

A former disability and employment specialist with a background in recruitment and hiring, Sara-Louise is dedicated to communicating the realities of being neurodivergent and how organisations can move beyond compliance towards more meaningful inclusion.
Sara-Louise understands that inclusion sits at the intersection of many identities: gender, race, age, disability, social class, culture and beyond. She works with compassion toward both neurodivergent individuals and employers who are navigating this landscape without a roadmap, arming them with the knowledge to meaningfully attract, support and retain neurodivergent talent across all generations.
