Sara-Louise Ackrill is a Neurodivergent Entrepreneur and Workplace Consultant; Therapist, Coach and Author. She was a finalist at the Neurodiverse Business Awards ‘Innovator of the Year 2026’ award.

She works with compassion toward both neurodivergent individuals and employers who are navigating this landscape without a roadmap, arming them with the knowledge to meaningfully attract, support and retain neurodivergent talent across all generations.
