Sarah Davies

As a qualified Business Coach, Director and Co-founder of Talking Menopause, Sarah Davies strives to make a change in the workplace and people’s lives. Sarah is a highly qualified facilitator and trainer with over 15 years in senior international corporate roles and as a specialist skilled recruiter for senior executives. With her experience and passion, Sarah supports and educates men and women on the impact of menopause at work.

Early in her career, Sarah worked in international business development and positions in client management for global clients. She also ran the B2B Global and Financial Services for business for Western and Southern Europe whilst working at Thomas Cook. In 2016, Sarah was Business Manager for Dr Louise Newson, assisting her in the launch of Newson Health Menopause & Wellbeing Centre.

Sarah saw the destructive outcomes of menopause and the effects it has on professional and personal lives. This led her to set up Talking Menopause in 2017, to help organisations adapt their culture around menopause. Highly skilled in coaching and change management, Sarah helps organisations make positive and supportive changes to their environment.

Sarah has an impressive history of working with leaders from blue-chip organisations and running organisations that improve individual and team productivity. She has spoken in partnership with many organisations and hubs creating safe spaces, such as the IOSH Chiltern Branch. With her results-oriented focus, Sarah is successful in producing credible results in new workplace dynamics. With her personable character and clear vision, Sarah is an articulate speaker inspiring employees and organisations.
