Zaheer Ahmad

Zaheer Ahmad is a leading expert on race and ethnicity and presently serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Haleon. Having established himself as a foremost expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Zaheer is a prominent advisor to notable public and private sector organisations who seek his guidance on social mobility, employee relations, culture and diversity and inclusion. With such distinguished expertise, Zaheer is now regularly booked for speaking events, where he eloquently speaks on cultural change, intersectionality, social mobility and diversity and inclusion.

During his time as a police officer, Zaheer enjoyed a decorated career working across multiple departments and was a member of multiple National Police boards, including the National Equality Diversity and Human Rights Board and Ministerial Progression Board. After leaving the force, Zaheer’s career in diversity and inclusion blossomed, and he landed several senior positions, including Head of Strategic Delivery, Diversity & Inclusiveness at EY and Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at GSK.
