Sharon Warmington is an expert in corporate governance, who empowers and innovates businesses to move forward as a diversity and inclusion speaker. The CEO of the National Black Governors Network, Sharon is committed to helping increase diversity both throughout corporate settings and in society as a whole. In her proficiency as a strategic leadership consultant, Sharon has experience in both school and business governance and champions a focus on cultural and gender diversity.
Over the years Sharon has helped the personal and professional lives of hundreds of people, using her business expertise and charismatic personality to forge a reputation as a talented executive coach and leadership specialist. In 2017, Sharon started her own consultancy service, named Unstoppable Limited. With Unstoppable Limited, Sharon focuses on achieving attainable goals and helps clients identify what is important to them.
As part of the Unstoppable enterprise, Sharon also created the Unstoppable Women’s Leader Conference which celebrates women in business. To date, the conference has featured in more than 80 countries and has brought together some of the most successful businesswomen in the world to share stories, exchange ideas and network. Sharon’s expertise has also benefitted several high-calibre clients with HSBC, the NHS and the University of Birmingham amongst such clients. Sharon has previously worked with companies such as HSBC to pioneer and innovate their corporate training in diversity, customer service and leadership development.
For more than two decades Sharon worked in the corporate sphere using her degree in Leadership for Change and Growth to aide people looking to progress their professional life. Sharon has also acted as the founder of the National Association of School and College Clerks and is the Director of Education Governance Solutions Limited. Now, Sharon spends much of her time working as a successful motivational speaker focussing on the themes of diversity and inclusion. With her focus being on cultural and gender diversity in public, private and non-profit boardrooms, Sharon Warmington is passionate about making the world a more inclusive place for all.
