Dods Group Ltd

I loved every second of it. I genuinely think it was my favourite session we ever had. It was presented so beautifully and in such an organised manner that you were hooked onto every word.

Future Leaders UK

Sal is an empathetic, intelligent and charismatic public speaker. He carefully balances story telling with his own lived experiences, insights, learning points, and structure which captivates his audience. I am always excited to work with Sal, not only because of his experiences, including working for the Independent Office for Police Conduct as a Regional Director, but because he has a unique talent of perfectly capturing my (sometimes abstract) ideas.
