Sal Naseem is a leading organisational culture change expert, who specialises in diversity & inclusion. A Senior Associate Fellow of The Police Foundation today, Sal is also the first South Asian and Muslim Regional Director for London at the Independent Office for Police Conduct. Through his role he was instrumental in developing a police accountability framework in England and Wales. In his capacity as Assistant Director for Insight Policy & Strategy at the Birmingham City Council, Sal is focused on matters related to stop & search, racism, misogyny and police culture. His stellar career rests on the foundation of a Law degree from the University of Glasgow.
