Defining Your Purpose

Onyinye Udokporo is a leading Neurodivergent Consultant and founder of Enrich Learning, an innovative online tuition provider and EdTech software distributor. Seeking to bridge the education gap, Onyinye is pioneering social mobility by providing affordable, high-quality online group tuition classes and an expert-led community for parents and carers. Moreover, she is an outspoken advocate for more representation in dyslexia and neurodiversity support, having struggled with the lack of diversity as someone Black and dyslexic in a world which associates neurodivergence with White males. Now a highly sought-after speaker, Onyinye speaks on education, social mobility, neurodiversity, and entrepreneurship.

Despite being diagnosed with dyslexia at 11, Onyinye’s condition did not diminish her desire to learn and teach. At just 12, she began tutoring children and young people, launching her entrepreneurial journey in education. Recognised for her academic attainment, she was awarded two scholarships to study Online Education at Tsinghua University, where she built profound expertise in building online education platforms. After moving back to the UK, Onyinye completed her BA in Religion, Politics and Society and earned an MA in Education Policy at King’s College London. In addition to founding Enrich Learning during her studies, Onyinye also worked as Head of Communications for King’s Think Tank and collaborated with the City of London Corporation on the social mobility project.

In 2020, she became Deputy Chief Executive Officer at The Challenger Trust and joined Princess Shekinah International School as Governor. Onyinye also sits on the King’s College London Alumni Advisory Group and is a Board Member of 20:40 and Christ’s Hospital School. Moreover, Onyinye is the author of Dyslexia and Me, where she shares her inspirational journey of growing up dyslexic in a society that depicts neurodivergence as a White male issue. In recognition of her distinguished work raising awareness of neurodivergence and increasing social mobility, she was named a Top 50 Neurodivergent Woman, Neurominority Achiever of the Year 2022 and Big Issue Changemaker 2023.

On a mission to increase social mobility for underprivileged communities, Onyinye is at the forefront of bridging the educational gap with her pioneering online educational resources. Moreover, she frequently advises leading institutions on how to improve equity, diversity, and inclusion practices. Having established herself as a thought leader in social mobility, Onyinye is a highly demanded speaker, regularly booked to speak about education, social mobility, neurodiversity, and entrepreneurship. She also candidly shares anecdotes about growing up with dyslexia, empowering audiences with her inspirational journey of overcoming adversity.
