Well known for her beauty brand, Liz Earle Beauty, Liz began her career in the industry when she co-founded the business with her friend, Kim Buckland in 1995. Their aim was to help people improve their mental and physical well-being and to share tips on pregnancy and post-natal health. Formerly known as Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare, the brand became a resounding success and was sold to Avon in 2010, then in 2015, Liz Earle Beauty was sold to Walgreens Boots Alliance. Liz left the company in 2017 to pursue another venture, creating sustainable products for her jewellery line named Liz Earle Fair and Fine and went on to write wellbeing advice.

As a multifaceted businesswoman, Liz began her writing career as a beauty writer for Woman’s Journal and has now founded Liz Earle Wellbeing, a bi-monthly wellness magazine and website. She has also penned over 30 of her own books on wellbeing, nutrition, and beauty. Her novels The Good Menopause Guide, The Good Gut Guide, and Post-Natal Health are best sellers amongst her other informative and comforting publications. Liz is one of the most trusted beauty and wellbeing experts and now runs Liz Earle Wellbeing Magazine, presenting the world with health, food, home and beauty ideas. Lending her expertise further, Liz appears regularly on ITV’s This Morning, presenting her How to Live Forever series, where she dishes out the best wellbeing and health advice.
