Jennifer Brown is a renowned diversity and inclusion consultant, award-winning entrepreneur, author, and keynote speaker. Having gained over 14 years of experience as a diversity and inclusion consultant, she was able to implement her skills and build her successful company, Jennifer Brown Consulting. Recognised for her skillset, she quickly secured a position at Willis as their Training Specialist. Gaining a deeper understanding of the importance training and development can have within a business, she was able to implement this knowledge into Tommy Hilfiger as their Director of Training and Development before transferring to The Madison Consulting Group as a Senior Facilitator, Designer, and Executive Trainer in 2005.

Having gained extensive experience working for multiple high-profile companies, Jennifer became the Founder and CEO of Jennifer Brown Consulting, a business that aimed to ensure that businesses embrace diversity, inclusion, and equality throughout the workplace. Aside from her business career, Jennifer has also become the proud author of two books, ‘How to be an Inclusive Leader’ and ‘Diversity, The New Workplace & The Will to Change’. She has also become the host of the weekly podcast ‘The Will to Change’ which shares true stories of diversity and inclusion.
