Gaining a deeper understanding of the importance training and development can have within a business, she was able to implement this knowledge into Tommy Hilfiger as their Director of Training and Development before transferring to The Madison Consulting Group as a Senior Facilitator, Designer, and Executive Trainer in 2005.
