In 2023, Helen was appointed as the Menopause Employment Champion, inspired to take her passion for diversity and inclusion to the Government level. In this role, Helen ensures that women feel empowered to continue working, despite experiencing the Menopause, by leveraging principles of education and allyship that in turn create workplace cultural changes. In addition, Helen has also hosted a podcast that discusses the Menopause, emphasising her passion for eliminating the ‘taboo’ status of Menopause.
