Helen Tomlinson is a respected businesswoman, who has recently turned her attention to ensuring that women experiencing symptoms of Menopause are supported and empowered in the workplace. Appointed as the Menopause Employment Champion by the UK Government in 2023, Helen is on a mission to empower more inclusive workplaces that prioritise the wellbeing of their staff. Currently working as the Head of Talent Development & Inclusion for The Adecco Group, Helen has long championed gender equality in the workplace. In 2023, Helen was appointed as the Menopause Employment Champion, inspired to take her passion for diversity and inclusion to the Government level. In this role, Helen ensures that women feel empowered to continue working, despite experiencing the Menopause, by leveraging principles of education and allyship that in turn create workplace cultural changes. In addition, Helen has also hosted a podcast that discusses the Menopause, emphasising her passion for eliminating the ‘taboo’ status of Menopause.
