Hadley Gill

Hadley Gill OBE is highly respected as the Head of Integrated Protective Security for the National Crime Agency. Having devoted his 40-year career to Law Enforcement, he has developed an illustrious career which is admired by professionals worldwide. A truly remarkable specialist, Hadley has recently been awarded an OBE in the King’s New Year Honours List and remains a leading authority in the industry to this day. Having started his senior leadership professional career by securing the role of Assistant Chief Investigation Officer at Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, Hadley gained many years of valuable industry experience leading a team of 175 experts. Determined to give back to his community, he became a Magistrate and Justice of Peace in 2004, appointed by the Lord Chancellor. After developing his natural leadership abilities and as an expert in tackling serious organised crime, he was seconded to the Australian Federal Police to become a National Coordinator for the Economic Crime Portfolio. Utilising his expertise to lead teams around the world, Hadley secured the role of Senior Manager at the National Crime Agency in the Middle East and Asia region as the first black law enforcement diplomat. He later led the UK policing contribution to reconstruction in Afghanistan.

Continuing to work his way up the ranks, Hadley was the proud Head of Integrated Protective Physical Security for the National Crime Agency. Respected for his profound knowledge and vast experience in the industry, he was elected to the Chair of the NCA Ethnic Minorities Network, an organisation which puts inclusivity first.
