Ethical Marketing and The New Consumer

Chris Arnold is the Founder of Creative Orchestra, The Garage Innovations, co-founder of Connect2 and author. A gifted neurodiverse Doctor of Business with vast expertise in advertising and marketing, Chris is a talented business speaker who has spoken at over 100 prestigious business conferences and events. He is also a champion of high achieving neurodiverse thinkers, channelling their creativity in his recently established Diversity LAB which aims to solve problems in an inventive manner.

An exceptional business expert and innovative thinker, Chris shares his knowledge in his creative thinking workshops, which he runs for a variety of organisations and brands. He recently spent two days coaching CEOs in Iran on different thinking methods. Furthermore, Chris is a non-executive director for four business start-ups. He has previously held several distinguished positions, including former board director of Saatchi & Saatchi, Chair of the Direct Marketing Association Agencies Council, and the Creative Council.

Favouring psychological data over numerical data in building a more in-depth understanding of consumers, Chris played an integral role in developing NLP and Enneagram based methodologies, which can be utilised by the advertising industry. A respected contributor to business and marketing literature, Chris has written for leading publications including the Financial Times, Impact Magazine, Creative Review and Brand Strategy. He has also featured in several podcasts, radio shows and made appearances on TV.

Chris is the author of Ethical Marketing & The New Consumer and has released his new business management book in 2019, Flip – Unthink Everything You Know. He is also a guest lecturer at Bournemouth and Colorado Universities. Outside his many business engagements, Chris is the Director of London Community Arts and the Founder of the UK’s biggest community arts festival.

He is a respected intellectual in the world of business and marketing who innovatively contributes to the literature.
