An extremely talented individual, Abigail is currently working in the Start for Life Unit at the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) as the Workforce Capability Lead. Working across the health system and with local partners, she aims to drive the development of a Start for Life workforce which meets the needs of all families. Dedicated to making a positive change throughout her career, Abigail has become a leading authority in her field.
In recognition of her admirable career, Abigail has received a variety of awards throughout her career, including winning The Rising Star Award in 2020, and was named one of the ‘Top 20 Influential Neurodivergent Women 2022’. Most recently, she has also been awarded an MBE in the New Year’s British Honours for her Public and Community Services.
